Product Description
The Cartoning Machine is designed for auto packing products into carton according to preset arrangement. It's widely used in can making and filling. By connecting to carton opening machine and carton sealing machine, it saves more manpower and increases production efficiency.
Working Principal:
Cans or bottles automatically gather and align on a scratch free chain board conveyor according to designed pattern, in-pattern products move under the magnetic suction lifter. A stopper divides the in-pattern products with in-feeding ones. Then carton pusher supports four sides of carton, cans/ bottles drop into cartons or suction lifter sucks up the in-pattern products and bring them into cartons smoothly. After that, it releases suction force and retrieves back to the original position.
