This machine combines process of welding seam location, expanding, flanging and embossing to achieve full auto square pail making.
It adopts cam transmission, cam feeding, cam holding and jam protection mechanism.
The internal and external grooved pulley design makes flanging uniform and fast to ensure good seaming quality.
PLC controller, servo motor and frequency conversion motor are equipped to achieve full auto control.
Height can be auto adjusted by PLC, auto terminal detection makes can changeover easy and fast.
